A man who died in an industrial accident in Lyme Regis has been named by his family.
At around 2.30pm on Tuesday 2 June 2015 officers, along with the fire and ambulance services, attended an address on Somers Road after reports of a fatal industrial accident.
Thomas Adam Telfer, 31 and from Weymouth, has been named by his family after he tragically died at the scene.
His family gave the following tribute: “It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we confirm Thomas died following a tragic accident whilst at work on Tuesday.
“He was a much-loved husband to Jo and father to Clara and Penny, a beloved son of Lorraine and brother to Michael and Kirstie.
“Thomas will always be a shining light in the many lives he touched and his light will continue to shine through his children.”...
